Where Long-Term Vision Meets Meaningful Outcomes for Founders
At Navagant, we have built a team of industry experts focused on combining our unique culture, deep transaction experience, and conscious capital mission to redefine the expectations of an M&A advisor. Like our clients, we have developed years of industry expertise in line with our mission: capitalism with a conscience.
Meet our teamOur team thrives by helping our clients be rewarded for their hard work over many years of building their businesses and by advising them during the most significant monetization event of their lives.
Navagant intentionally focuses on education, training and workforce development because these industries fundamentally improve how people learn, grow, and improve. Our decision-making is driven by the long-term, holistic success of our firm and our clients, rather than short-term financial returns. Typically, our clients share our commitment to meaningful impact and constant improvement, creating natural alignment that drives exceptional outcomes through thoughtful positioning, structuring, and timing.
Our Mission
Navagant specializes in representing mission-driven organizations that genuinely want to make a difference in the world and create a legacy. To support this larger mission, we donate 10% of all profits to charitable endeavors, connecting our success with our values. Over the last three years, more than $1,500,000 has been donated to charities because of these efforts.

Conscious Capital in Action
$1,500,000+
contributed since inception
Since our inception, we have contributed over $1,500,000 to our philanthropic partners who share our commitment to advancing human potential. This isn’t just charitable giving, it’s how we ensure our success creates lasting impact beyond every transaction.
Strategic Partnership with Purpose
In 2024, Navagant formed a strategic investment partnership with JFF Ventures, the nation’s leading non-profit impact fund focused on workforce development technologies. Together, they’re deploying $500K in unrestricted capital to help early-stage founders balance growth with social impact. The partnership includes collaborating with research partners to conduct efficacy studies, creating a Founder-to-Founder Advisory Council of successful exited founders to offer mentorship opportunities, with plans for an inaugural Founder Summit to foster community among portfolio companies. This comprehensive support system aims to help impact-focused entrepreneurs scale solutions that create meaningful economic advancement.
