Vice President
As a Vice President you’re responsible for:

Collaborating closely with senior management in managing current and potential clients.

Supporting senior management in developing effective client out-reach strategies.

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the deal teams including, but not limited to: pitch and marketing materials, financial modelling, and overall client relationship management.

Requirements:

Four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications preferred

Minimum 8+ years of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)

Proven management skills, from leadership to delegation, to mentoring, etc.

Established network/personal brand credibility to enable expected business development

Expert knowledge of capital markets, transaction legal matters & risk management

Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – Series 24 Registered Principal – preferred

Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
