Michaela is an Analyst at Navagant, where she supports sell-side engagements across the education, training, and workforce sectors through financial analysis, buyer research, and transaction materials.

Prior to joining the firm, she interned at Jefferies in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group. Her background reflects a broad range of interests, spanning from life sciences to finance. Before earning her MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, Michaela worked as a research associate in a biotechnology lab and in life science consulting.

Michaela holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master of Microbial Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University, where she was Captain of the Equestrian Team.
