Ben is a Machine Learning Engineer at Navagant, where he develops and implements AI systems for Navagant’s proprietary DealSense platform. He currently works on the Research Intelligence Engine that converts market data into equity research reports, the AI Prospecting System for acquisition target identification, and the CIM Automation platform utilizing retrieval-augmented generation frameworks.

Ben also serves as a Quantitative Researcher at the Dataism Laboratory for Quantitative Finance (DLQF) at Virginia Tech, where he focuses on multi-source ensemble modeling for financial time series prediction. His statistical arbitrage strategy development has generated strong risk-adjusted returns through systematic pair trading approaches.
