EdTech

Comp set 4 companies  ·  Harmonic mean 0.7× TEV/Rev, NM TEV/EBITDA

EdTech was driven by Chegg’s +53% three-month rally, though the small four-company comp set continues to produce a non-meaningful TEV/EBITDA given Chegg’s negative margins. D2L led single-month returns at +2%, while Coursera added +28% for the quarter and +41% over the trailing twelve months. Nerdy held the second TTM spot at +35%. The sub-sector’s deeply negative −19% 2025E EBITDA margin and −4% revenue contraction reflect the ongoing transition stories across the group, with EdTech trading at 70% of 52-week highs on average.
