EdTech
EdTech was dominated by Chegg’s extraordinary +97% three-month rally (+48% in September alone), though the small four-company comp set continues to produce a non-meaningful TEV/EBITDA due to Chegg’s losses. Coursera and D2L both finished September near 52-week highs at 89%. Coursera led on a trailing twelve-month basis at +31%, and the sub-sector’s deeply negative −19% 2025E EBITDA margin reflects the ongoing transition stories across the group.
