Managing Director

As a Managing Director you’re responsible for:

  • Managing clients and transaction processes from start to finish with a supporting deal team. ​

  • Developing new business and helping other sub-groups by participating in pitches and/or transactions as requested.

  • Securing and/or executing ~$2mm +/- of business annually

  • Significant direct experience in managing clients and transactions through all phases to closure

  • Four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications preferred

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)

  • Proven management skills, from leadership to delegation, to mentoring, etc.

  • Established network/personal brand credibility to enable expected business development

  • Expert knowledge of capital markets, transaction legal matters & risk management

  • Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – Series 24 Registered Principal – preferred

  • Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
