Analyst
As an Analyst you’re responsible for:
- Prepare marketing documents, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, board presentations, and management presentations.
- Create valuation analysis, including comparable companies, comparable transactions, and discounted cash flows.
- Conduct financial due diligence and industry research.
- Create detailed operating financial models.
- Support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications not required, but preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)
- Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – preferred
- Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
