Business Development
As a Business Development Officer you’re responsible for:

Identifying and cultivating current and new relationships with clients, corporations, and related entities

Cultivating referral opportunities that align to the Navagant mission statement

Attracting new clients and stakeholders to the Navagant name by articulating Navagant’s key value proposition

Conducting thorough research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
-
Providing strategic direction with regard to Navagant press releases, community outreach, and conference appearances
What we are looking for:

Experience in Business Development or a closely related field

Ability to work independently to source, quality, and develop new sales and outreach opportunities

Willingness to travel to meet potential stakeholders or attend conferences

Strong written and verbal communication skills

An understanding of investment banking

Requirements:

Four-year degree
-
Minimum 2+ years of relevant business development experience

Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – preferred

Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
